Greek Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup greek feta dressing (I use the Kraft brand)
- green peppers
- red peppers
- green onions
- feta, crumbled
Directions:
- If needed, soften cream cheese
- Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and greek dressing
- Spread onto plate
- Top with red and green peppers, green onions, tomatoes, and crumbled feta (amount to your liking)
- Serve with tortilla chips (my personal favourite, serve with lime tortilla chips)
